i’m realizing that lately i only sign onto this tumblr every few days, and when i do it’s because i’m mad at myself and i’m trying to “get back on track” from the last time i signed on. that is changing riiight now. signing on daily like i used to, not getting sidetracked. not gaining weight.

- vegetables with dressing: 35 (i don’t count vegetables or fruits, and if you ask about it i will not answer because it’s in my FAQ) - jello: 5 - cottage cheese with pretzels and fruit: 250 - tofu with rice and salad: 190 total: 480 calories i’m smoking tonight and i know i’m gonna get the munchies cause i’m alreeady hungry but i’m really gonna try to stick...
