I said I was getting back on track. And it’s been hard…with a fake ID and living on my own and being down the road from amazing sushi and mexican, but i did go down from 100.8 to 99.4lbs. It’s been a while since I weighed myself and I was frightened to go on the scale but being below 100 felt so good.
So for breakfast:
Greek yogurt (80) and fruit.
Then the gym, then errands all day, hopefully too busy on my day off to worry about food.
